My name is Lena Riepler, I am 30 years old and I was born and raised in Hallwang which is close to Salzburg city.
My great passion is to organize events (but also to celebrate them as a guest).
I clearly know what needs to be done to create an outstanding wedding and what is expected from your guests. I am very structured which is essential for a successful organization, and I love to work with to do lists, huge excel-, word- or other helpful files, I focus on the smallest details for achieving the best possible output from calculating the budget over creating an individual concept and design language to keep everything running on the big day. Through my studies and experience in different project- and product management jobs, I am used to organizing and coordinating big events, I have an eye for details and design and try to always find opportunities that make a difference.
Your wedding shall be the best day of your life and for all your guests a day they will never forget. You all should spend and enjoy this special day together and make the most out of it without being stressed by organizational to dos or short-term things that might pop up during the day.
I had my own wedding in 2022 by the way, so I really know how you feel as a bride and can bring all my personal learnings to the table.

When meeting you in person we will get to know each other better and I will find out more about you and your ideas of a perfect wedding day.
This will be the basis for your individual offer and proposal that I will generate for you afterwards.
This is a package of full support, from start to finish always in close collaboration with you. My service contains mood board proposals for design language of your wedding, suggestions for service providers, location ideas, budget planning, timings and coordinating everything on the big day. As every wedding is individual and different, the price will be calculated based on your individual wedding needs.
You did start with planning your wedding or you have family and friends that will cover certain tasks and needs? No problem at all, because this service can be booked individually for certain tasks you would like to be supported with such as for example finding the right photographer, a suitable location, or others. For sure, coordinating your wedding day can also be part of it.
Your big day is coming closer, everything is well prepared and organized and you want yourself but also your families, friends and witnesses to enjoy this day to the fullest? Then let me take the stress away from managing and coordinating everything on site and in the background. I can also be your master of ceremony if you wish a more traditional and moderated wedding day.
Although your wedding day seems to be well organized, you want to be on the safe side and have experienced eyes to check that nothing has been forgotten and timings or schedule make sense? Then let me review it and give you some last ideas that sometimes make the difference.
